This is a gorgeous skirt! I love it! It has a beautiful shape to it and has been made very well. The band across the waist has the most gorgeous flower detailing all the way around, the skirt then flairs out a little and has little dots on it! It is 100% wool, and the lining is 100% cotton. A very gorgeous skirt, and a must have!
