This is a beautiful vintage ball gown, I cannot be sure of the era it is from, but it is most definitely vintage. Looking at ball-gowns from the 1940's area, that is the conclusion I came to. It also cinches in at the waist to help create that gorgeous hour glass vintage figure.
The dress has a velvet black bust with green glittery flowers on it, and the skirt of the dress is black satin. It has a functioning zip at the back, with a black tie to tie a pretty bow.
There are no defects.
